Apple Breakfast Bars

Ingredients For: Apple Breakfast Bars
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups raw apples, shredded
Instructions For: Breakfast Bars
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Press mixture into 8" x 8" baking dish. Bake Apple Breakfast Bars at 375° until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Loosen with spatula, and cut apple breakfast bars while warm. Serve breakfast bars hot.
