Apple Drop Cookies
Ingredients For: Apple Drop Cookies
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup finely chopped unpeeled apples
Instructions For: Apple Drop Cookies
Cream the butter with sugars; beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients and then add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, raisins , and chopped apples. Drop cookie dough by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet 1-1/2 inches apart in both directions. Bake apple drop cookies at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
