Wine Drop Cookies
Ingredients For: Wine Drop Cookies
3/4-cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2-cup molasses
1/2-teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2-cup cold water
3 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1-teaspoon baking soda
1-teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2-teaspoon ground cloves
1/2-teaspoon ground ginger
1/2-cup raisins
Instructions For: Wine Drop Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Beat oil, sugar and eggs. Add molasses , vanilla, and water.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheets sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake wine drop cookies for 15 minutes. Cool tray slightly before removing.
