2 cups Flour
1 cup Butter
8 ounces Sour cream
1 Egg yolk
1 cup Brown sugar
1-cup Walnuts ground
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Cream the flour and butter. Mix in the sour cream and egg yolk.

Divide the dough into four parts, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for several hours.

Roll each dough section on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
