Chocolate Cake Frosting-50% Reduced Fat
Ingredients For: Chocolate Cake Frosting
1 cup 50% reduced fat chips Hershey's, semi-sweet
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp skim milk
Instructions For: Chocolate Cake Frosting
In small microwave-safe bowl, place chips. Microwave at HIGH (100%) for 45 seconds; stir until melted. Gradually add powdered sugar and skim milk, beating with wire whisk. If necessary, microwave at HIGH additional 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture is smooth when beaten. Spread chocolate cake frosting immediately.
This icing is very delicious and at 50 % reduced fat what more can you ask for.
