1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Instructions For: Honey Cookies

Bake honey cookies at 375 degrees. Mix shortening, sugar, egg, honey and flavoring. Blend in flour, soda and salt. Chill dough. Roll dough out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes. Place the honey cookies 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until done.
