Ingredients For: Peanut Butter Cookie Cups Recipes

1 stick butter
2/3 cup white sugar
2/3-cup brown sugar, packed
1/2-cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1- 1/4-cup flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sal
14 oz. bag miniature Reese's cups

Instructions:

Cream the butter and sugars. Add peanut butter, egg and then vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in miniature muffin tins. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Remove from oven and place one, unwrapped Reese's cup in center of each cookie. Leave in pan for 10 minutes. Then remove to cooling rack.
